FCE 2025 worked to mainstream the creative economy in the international policy agenda, in the spirit of Inclusively Creative, following the Five Ps of the SDGs.

Planet. Climate change is fundamentally a cultural challenge, and the creative economy can shift public behavior toward sustainable consumption.

People. AI and authorship, the gender gap, and protection for platform and informal workers.

Prosperity. Financing instruments for freelancers and MSMEs, including intellectual property as collateral.

Partnership and Peace. Intermediary agencies, and a common definition so the sector can be measured.
